Star Wars The Old Republic Deceived Trailer
With E3 2011 jumping into gear this week, Bioware has released the third CG trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic. In the new SWTOR cinematic Return, the Sith Empire crawls out of hiding to attack the Jedi order and lay claim to their ancient home world of Korriban.While most of the SWTOR rumors and speculation prior to this year’s E3 was about an anticipated official announcement on the release of the Old Republic game, the release of the third consecutive SWTOR trailer by Bioware/Lucas Arts at the E3 faire was very much expected. The previous Old Republic trailers Deceived and Hope were released in very much the same way coinciding with the annual E3 expo.Featuring the return of the Sith Empire to their ancient home planet of Korriban, the new Old Republic cinematic Return follows the same storyline as told by the previous SWTOR trailers Hope and Deceived. Once again a Star Wars: The Old Republic cinematic stars the legendary Sith Warrior Darth Mangus in battle with Jedi Consular Satele Shan. However, from a chronological perspective, the third SWTOR trailer Return predates the previous two Old Republic trailers, as is shown by the progression of Sith Warrior Darth Magnus injuries from fair-skinned (rofl) adept to scared Darth in Hope and semi-Vader Lord in Deceived.
